For those not in the know the Lada Riva (or the more Russian sounding VAZ-2107) was based on the Fiat 124 after Fiat sponsored the building of the “AutoVAZ” car factory in the USSR, where to this day they manufacture Fiat 124 based Ladas!

From 1970 to 1998 the Lada Riva had sold 13.5 million cars mostly in the European market!
